1. What is the Resort Fee for?
A daily resort fee of US$38 per night plus tax ($44.38 tax inclusive) will be collected directly from guests at check-in. Fee will include access to an outdoor pool/Jacuzzi, fitness room, BBQ grill and floating docks, kayak and snorkel equipment rentals, use of beach towels and complimentary yoga lessons (Monday-Friday). All guests also enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout their stay and in-room coffee. Inclusions and rate subject to change.

3. What are your payment types?
Our hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. All reservations require a valid credit card with expiration date at the time of booking. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card will be required at check-in for incidental charges.
4. How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
You may modify/change your booking online or contact our Reservations team directly at info@paradisebayresort.com and they will be happy to assist you. Reservations are to be cancelled 7 days prior to check-in to avoid a penalty. Late cancellation fees are non-refundable. Bookings confirmed on our "Pay Now & Save" program are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you booked your reservation through a third party, like a travel agent or online travel agency website, you’ll need to contact your booking provider to cancel or change your reservation.
5. Are government taxes and service charges included in the pricing?
Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charge unless otherwise stated. All "From" rates are indicative of the lowest available rate and rates may fluctuate.

7. Is early check-in and late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability (not guaranteed). Charges may apply.
8. What is the minimum age for check-in?
Minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. A photo identification is required. Guests aged 20 and below are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
9. Can I request for special arrangement for my celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)?

11. Do you offer long term or monthly rentals?
Yes, our fully-furnished 2-bedroom Ohana units are equipped with amenities suitable for long-term guests and monthly renters. Please contact us to inquire about availability and rental rates.
1. Is this a pet-friendly hotel?
Our resort welcomes dogs in select room types for US$29 per pet each night of your stay (plus applicable taxes). Maximum 2 dogs per room. If your pet will be traveling with you, please contact us prior to arrival to reserve a pet-friend accommodation. Service animals are exempt from fees/restrictions.
2. Can I smoke within the resort premises?
Our facilities and rooms are non-smoking, including balconies. A cleaning fee will be charged if you smoke in any of our guest rooms, including balconies.
3. Does the resort provide free internet access?
Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available around the hotel. Log-in password will be provided upon check-in. Please be aware that WiFi service in the Windward area of Oahu may occasionally experience intermittent outages.
4. Is your resort kids-friendly?
We provide spacious 1- and 2-bedroom suites with separate living and sleeping areas, ideal for families traveling with children. Kids 12 and under stay free utilizing existing beddings in the room. Should you require a complimentary baby cot during your stay, please let us know in advance at the point of reservation.
5. Is parking available at the hotel?
Guest parking is additional US$15 per vehicle per day ($15.71 tax-inclusive) with unlimited in and out privileges. Parking stalls are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. Parking rate is subject to change without prior notice.
6. Do you provide shuttle service from the airport?
Unfortunately, airport shuttle service is not available; A rental car is highly recommended to enjoy the Windward Coast of Oahu. One guest parking space will be provided for each guest room. You may also opt to call for a taxi or Uber; our resort is located only 18 miles or 22-minutes' drive from the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL).
1. Is there a fitness center at your hotel?
We provide a fitness room equipped with essential exercise equipment, open daily from 7 am to 9 pm.
2. Do you offer any venues for private events and parties?
We offer a variety of event venues for private events and intimate meetings, which include our lobby, floating docks and a small conference room. Please contact our team for more information.
3. Do you have a restaurant?
While we do not have an on-site restaurant, our team is happy to recommend dining options in the area and nearby grocery stores where you can stock up your room's full-size refrigerator.
4. Do you have a business center?
Although we do not have a business center, our front desk staff are available to assist with printing your boarding passes and documents.
5. What are the hours for the pool and hot tub?
Our pool deck and hot tub are open daily from 9 am to 9 pm.
6. What is your housekeeping schedule?
Complimentary housekeeping services are provided every third day of your stay to ensure your room remains clean and comfortable. If you need any additional supplies or services outside of this schedule, please contact the front desk for assistance.
7. Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Our resort offers luggage storage for guests staying with us. Our front desk staff will assist you upon your arrival.
8. What recreational activities are available at your resort?
Relax by the pool or on one of our three floating docks overlooking the bay. Kayaks, snorkeling gears, and standup paddleboards (SUP) are available for rent (complimentary). Begin your day with a yoga or meditation session by the bay, available Monday through Friday. Enjoy live music entertainment set against the backdrop of the Koolau mountain range (Monday-Thursday evenings). Consult our knowledgeable guest services team for recommendations on activities around the resort.
9. Do you have beach access?
Our resort is located on the bayfront and does not have direct access to an on-site beach. The closest beaches to Paradise Bay Resort in Kaneohe include Kualoa Regional Park, known for its white sandy shores and the iconic Mokoliʻi island (Chinaman’s Hat), and Kailua Beach, famous for its soft sand and turquoise waters. Additionally, Lanikai Beach, often celebrated for its picturesque setting and calm waters, is within a short driving distance.
